主要用途　Main Application

　　主要用于透明或半透明口服液容器内的可见异物(玻璃屑、金属屑、纤维、毛发、白点、白块等)、轧盖封口外观、液体装量的自动检测。

　　适用口服液,1-20ml等多规格剂型灯检工序。

It is mainly used for automatic detection of visible foreign matters (glass chips, metal chips, fibers, hair, white spots, white blocks, etc.), capping sealing appearance and liquid loading in transparent or translucent oral liquid containers.

It is applicable to the inspection process of multi specification dosage forms such as oral liquid 1-20ml.

工作原理　Work Principle

　　利用机器视觉原理对可见异物、外观进行识别检测。

　　可见异物检测：被检测产品在高速旋转时被制动静止，工业相机连续拍照获取多幅图像，经过计算机系统分析比较，判断被检测产品是否合格，并自动区分合格品与不合格品。

　　轧盖封口的外观缺陷检测：被检测产品慢速旋转360度以上，旋转的同时，通过高速相机连续采集轧盖封口图像，对采集的图像做预处理，并与标准模型进行对比，判断出其中的不合格品。

　　液位检测：对口服液装量进行图像识别，并与标准装量模型进行比对，自动区分合格与不合格品。

Use machine vision principles to identify and detect visible foreign objects and appearance.

Visible foreign body detection: The product being tested brake stationary when it is rotating at a high speed. The industrial camera continuously takes pictures to obtain multiple images. After the computer system analyzes and compares, it judges whether the tested product is qualified, and automatically distinguishes qualified and unqualified products.

Appearance detection of capping and sealing: the tested product rotates at a slow speed of more than 360 degrees. While rotating, the capping and sealing images are continuously collected through a high-speed camera, preprocessed, and compared with the standard model to judge the unqualified products.

Liquid level detection: carry out image recognition on the oral liquid volume, compare it with the standard volume model, and automatically distinguish qualified and unqualified products.

待检品→进瓶→光电检测区→轧盖封口的外观检测→旋瓶→刹车→拍照→可见异物、液位的检测→分瓶器根据软件指令区分合格品、不合格品→合格品与不合格品分别出瓶。
